What is it?
Physical therapist and fitness enthusiast Jonathan Hoffman designed CoreAlign with a few beliefs in mind: that the body functions at its best and heals most affectively when movements are anatomically sound and balanced. CoreAlign is used as a training tool, with exercises designed to create harmony between controlled stability and dynamic mobility - resulting in a strong, healthy and vibrant body.
How Can It Help?
CoreAlign is designed to stimulate your core stability muscles, while simultaneously performing functional movements, deep stretches, and aerobic exercises. By creating this mind-body, rehabilitation, and strength connection, CoreAlign is a unique apparatus that calls for full body control. The design centers around musculoskeletal rehabilitation, performance enhancement, and improving overall wellness.
Who Can Benefit?
The CoreAlign mind-body method calls for functions specific to each user, so clients at all fitness levels will feel the difference after one session. It's focus on gait and posture make this beneficial to everyone - from those suffering from poor posture, to athletes looking to improve body control, CoreAlign is right for you.

What is a stretching session like?
Fascial Stretch Therapy or FST is an assisted form of table based stretching that remarkably improves flexibility by addressing fascia and muscle. During fascial stretching sessions, therapists move the body in undulating spiral diagonal patterns known as stretch waves. Breathing rates synchronize with stretch waves that vary from very slow to very fast depending on the desired therapeutic effect. Therapists combine this stretch wave with traction to access the deepest level of fascia – the joint capsule. Clinical studies have shown that this form of stretching can increase flexibility by up to 52% in just one session.
FST Before Athletic Training
Fast to very fast waves used during warm-ups either before an athletic event or before a training session to maximize strength, speed and range of motion. Athletes in fascial stretch programs have been found to recover more quickly between training sessions and improve active range of motion from 36 percent to 52 percent greater in athletes than other stretching methods. Slower waves unwind the fascia to restore tissues to more efficient resting lengths by stretching tighter myofascial directions. When combined with deeper diaphragmatic breathing, slower waves achieve lasting changes in the connective tissues that increase flexibility.
Suspension Training improves functional strength. You will perform specific exercises in unstable ropes using your own body weight as resistance. This will increase the demand on the body for stability and muscular control by activating deep muscular stabilizers. Every suspension exercise requires your body to activate multiple muscle groups in a functional way, increasing the effectiveness of this whole body form of exercise.
All Suspension exercises can easily be adjusted to your strength level. Anyone at any level can train on the Suspension System.
